The Unexpected Miracle
In this Mother’s Day message, Pastor Hurmon reminds us of the ways God’s healing works in us, as we discuss the story of Jesus healing a woman with a physical disability. Her story illustrates that, even though life can leave us with trauma and hurt, Jesus sees us and with eyes of compassion and love, and calls us to him. When we are able to move towards Jesus in our own physical, mental, emotional or other brokenness, and allow ourselves to be fully vulnerable with God, we are able to have healing proclaimed over us, and God’s power can work in us to empower us and elevate us so that we can elevate God’s kingdom.
