Women's Faith & Fitness: Embracing the Health & Beauty of Women and Teen Girls

Women and teen girls are invited to join us for a special day designed to celebrate the beauty, strength, and worth that God has placed within every woman. Together, we'll connect, grow, and be encouraged as we embrace our identity as women created in His image.

The day will include:

• An inspiring speaker, Dr. Christine Coleman, who will encourage, motivate, and empower you to become the woman God intended you to be;
• A Dietitian, Sydney Vargas, who will share simple, practical tips for nourishing your body and building healthy habits;
• A Pilates instructor led by Kanisha Turay who will lead a session, suitable for all levels, to help strengthen and refresh your body;
• A skincare and make-up session led by Lupita Rodriguez who will provide helpful tips for maintaining healthy skin and applying makeup in a way that enhances your natural beauty and boosts your confidence; and
• A shopping area with gently used clothing to help you dress for all occasions.
