The Set-Up team arrives 90 mins. before the Gathering and starts to move all of NBCC's resources out of storage and sets them up throughout the facility, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for the Gathering. Since we are sharing a facility, our goal is to transform the space into the New Beginnings Community Church that our guests came to see.
The Teardown team is responsible for putting away all of NBCC's resources used during the Gathering. We return some items to storage, break down tables, stack chairs, and put away all tech items. We strive to leave the facility in better condition than when we arrived.

The Safety & Security team strives to create a safe environment that allows our guests to focus on worshipping God, concentrate on the Sunday teaching, and interact with one another with greater ease. If you have experience in public safety, security, emergency services, or are interested in church safety & security, this is the team for you.

House Managers help run the show. They are responsible for communicating between the teams the needs and can delegate or step into any Sunday team to help when necessary. House Managers act as Sunday Operations Leads in running occasional huddles, solving problems, and excellent leadership.

First Aid Team are available on-site in case of an emergency. They will assess the emergency, administer basic first aid/cpr, call 9-1-1 if necessary, and stay with the person until help arrives. Requires CPR certification.
