In this message, Pastor Hurmon uses the story of Peter walking on water to remind us to follow God through the storms of our lives. Real life is unpredictable, broken and shattered. With or without Jesus, we experience storms of our lives. It is better to go through them with Him. The grace of God is able to sustain you in the midst of the storm and when you come out, you have deeper intimacy with Jesus. We are encouraged to pray that God increases our spiritual capacity to face greater storms in our lives. We should never confuse flawlessness and faithfulness. Jesus’ grace can turn our faithfulness into flawlessness.
